This feeling pushed us to create Palmi, which is the combination of the knowledge of Rita, pastry chef and cake designer, with a background as production and sales manager, with an ever-evolving training and professional path and Giuseppe, food and beverage manager with a solid experience in high level national and international catering.

As Nonna Palmi taught us, born and lived in Masullas a small town in southern Sardinia, every beautiful moment of our life must be celebrated with the desire and desire for something good.
